The Speaker of the Us House of Representatives Is
The majority party members and the minority party members meet separately to select their leaders. 3rd parties rarely have had enough members to elect their ain leadership, and independents will by and large join one of the larger party organizations to receive committee assignments. A party caucus or conference is the proper noun given to a coming together of or organisation of all political party members in the House.
